Volunteers Day: May 2017

10 months ago By Olenka Brain

A successful event got some key jobs done around the courts

Twelve people turned up to help with a variety of jobs including:

  • Spraying benches to protect them from weather
  • Tidying the shed
  • Removing rubbish from behind shed
  • Repairing the netting around courts
  • Counting balls
for recycling.......over 700 in the bin ....to be sent off in bags of 200 (£20 per bag for the section)

This was followed by a buffet lunch.

Many thanks to everyone who turned up and helped out. Watch out for the next volunteers event!
